Shipping + Returns

Hong Kong Shipping ​

We are based in Hong Kong, all your packages are sent from my little home here. All orders will be placed and charged in Hong Kong Dollars. 

We offer complimentary SF Express shipping for all orders within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Processing time is between 1-3 days upon order confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking number once your product has been shipped. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.

International Shipping ​

We ship international orders via DHL. All import duties and taxes will be borne by the recipient. 

 

Orders may take longer during holidays and sales periods. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any refunds. If you have received a defective or damaged product, please do not hesitate to contact us at sivibebe@gmail.com - we are here for you! Upon review, we may offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
